YOU have everything you need right at your fingertips to go out and find all the talent you need for your roles, if you had the time. We have the expert knowledge, and time, to find the right talent, matched with your business and culture, FAST.

Our fees are not like all the other recruiting firms out there. We're not incentivized to find the most expensive candidate for the job. We care about finding the right fit for your business.

We create a true partnership with you throughout the process (and hope to teach you a few things along the way about hiring). Our goal is that you only need to interview a handful of highly qualified and vetted candidates.

 

 

OUr Fee Structure

We charge a flat fee, period.

 

Our fees are based on the amount of resources needed to fill the role. The job market changes from year to year, making some roles more challenging to fill than others. Our fees are based on role level, market data, and role specialization. Typically, the more senior and specialized the role, the smaller the candidate pool is and the harder it is to find the perfect candidate.

 

Entry to Mid Level roles are typically those that require 0 - 5 years of experience

Senior Level roles are typically those that require 5+ years of experience

Executive Level roles are those that are typically Vice President or higher.

A role is considered Speciality if it requires significantly more effort to fill than others or if it is a role that is in high demand or very industry specific. For example, we consider an Executive Assistant to actually be a specialty role due to the complexity of finding the perfect chemistry match. 

We require a percentage of the fee to be paid up front and the rest is billed upon the start date of the hire.

We also require the following from our clients:

  • Create jobs/careers page on their website that is connected to an applicant tracking system (we will help you set this up)
  • Create a jobs or careers email address for us to utilize
  • We pass through job sponsorship costs up to $1,000

 If you're looking to fill multiple roles, you may be a candidate for our Monthly Recruiting rates. These rates depend on the types of roles you need to fill and are best discussed on a call.

Hey, I'm Molly.

 I’m a Texas native who fell into recruiting while living in Chicago, then LA, and now I’ve brought things full circle by moving back to Texas. My driving force is supporting people with the tools and resources to do their job to the best of their ability. I’m not fluffy. I will curse (sorry in advance, Jackie). I’ve worked in large and small tech and start-up companies recruiting for a variety of roles between tech and non-tech; as well as supported and managed people ops functions including review cycles, onboarding and offboarding.

I lead with empathy. At the end of the day I want to build strong teams who do great work and also have fun…because if you’re not having fun, what’s the point? Work is ⅓ of our lives. Building a new team and joining a new team is a huge life decision. I want that decision to be the best one for everyone involved.

(Pronounced COKE, like the soda). I’m a midwest native living in the west. Midwest work ethic is hard to beat. I’m a zero fluff kinda person and believe in the power of candid communication… t’s the only way to really successfully lead a team. I’m not your traditional human resources professional. I try not to swear.  I make decisions based on the business not to check off boxes. I’m committed to and take radical personal responsibility in all areas of my life. 

I have loads of experience recruiting and building teams for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and digital entrepreneurs. Technically, I have an MBA, although I’d argue I learned more about scaling modern businesses spending 6 years in Silicon Beach (Los Angeles startup scene). There I built recruiting and people operations for high growth startups. I love entrepreneurs and being one at heart, I decided to become one and launched this - People Principles!
